A dog behaviourist business situated on the sunny coast of Bournemouth. Chilled-out beach life was a key inspiration for this playful, personality-filled brand.

A local dog behaviourist business that needed a fresh take on the usual cookie-cutter solutions to dog brands.
As a local outdoor Bournemouth business, it was easy to find inspiration from the beautiful shorelines and beach living. After all, what Paul was really selling was the dream of a happy dog on long sunset walks along the beach. Movie magic, right?!
Brand Identity
The direction we took was inspired by beach and surf living, A laid-back outdoorsy brand identity was key!
We created a contemporary and personality-filled visual identity with a strong wordmark logo, doggy-themed brand elements and a set of brand characters called the āDog Gangā that brought an element of fun.
We also created a simple but solid brand colour pallette with trustworthy deep blue, warm white and bright pops of mustard yellow for attention!
Squarespace Website Design
The next step was an easy-to-manage Squarespace website. Paul was a self-proclaimed technophobe so, simple was the name of the game!
Paulās brief included; a mobile responsive design, easy to navigate and lots of space for adding aspirational imagery, content-rich articles and useful blog posts.
We utilised the fun dog characters to represent common behavioural issues, taking the client on a journey of discovery and giving them hints towards the solutions Paul could offer for their ānaughtyā dogs.
The results? A clean, clear, and functional website, with pops of fun and a high-end feel.
Trustworthy brand colours, mixed with high-end imagery and a clear customer journey meant that this site was super successful from launch day with a number of high-quality enquiries!
